Uday GavankarThis place is like heaven on earth and wonderful for nature lovers.
It is also a private place away from the hustle-bustle of city life.
The unique complex offers all possible aqua-sport facilities like Water-skiing, Sail boats, Windsurfing, Speed Boats etc., and safe water sports like Paddle Boats, Row Boats etc.
Snorkeling is a dont-miss activity. The under-water marine life and view the rarest varieties of corals by snorkeling in the Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park, Carbyn’s Cove Tourism Complex, Havelock and other islands is a wonderful experience.
The best part of this activity is that you dont have to know swimming.
Other activities like Scuba Diving,Trekking is also fun.
On the whole it is a great place to spend some peaceful days rejuvenating yourself.
Thanks Crusi Travels for making this trip amazing.
Rubina & PrafulGreat hill station about 5 hours drive from Mumbai via the pune Expressway. Very well maintained roads and great ambience, its lovely to see all the trees and forestation once you reach there. One of the well preserved hill stations. Has the usual points all hill stations have as Sunset Point, Bombay Point, The Arthurs Seat is worth visiting. The nice thing is you can actually enjoy trekking and walking to the points on nice paths which are not available in most hill stations. Ample areas to walk around, enjoy nature and the greenery. Do visit when the strawberries are abundant. The market area is a little crowded and has lot of locally made shoes and slippers.. Try the India house for local chappals- theyre quite sturdy and well priced. Great dining options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Try the Grapevine for continental cuisine- the dhansak is great. Rainforest restaurant on the way to Panchgani is great too. Closeby is Panchgani and the Tableland. Do not forget to visit the Mafco showrooms for some awesowe juices/ mojitos/ syrups and sweets.
Great resorts available too for accommodation.
All in all a hill station which has something for all.
Kanan ShahIf I could give crusi travel 10 stars, I would-it was that good an experience. I went alone to Kerala for two weeks, despite family concerns about my traveling solo as a woman, but every single detail of the trip went smoothly, easily, and safely. Thank you so much.
Aamir KhanOur holidays with crusi travels was amazing. They answered all of my questions, big and small, and never seemed to tire of my endless questions and queries. The holiday was holiday of a lifetime.
Sangeeta WaityMy husband and I were in Dubai a few weeks ago. We had only a few days, but still wanted to explore the city. The juxtaposition of old and new made it a daunting task. And we were SO DELIGHTED we decided to take CRUSI TRAVELS. Our guide was one of the most informed guides we’ve ever had. He knew historical, commercial, religious, political details–both old and new. He took us to so many places we’d have NEVER found without him. His name is Amir and if you can get him, it will be well worth your while. The tour was well put together, punctual, and he even had a portable cooler packed with water bottles. Totally loved it. Thanks, Crusi.
Sunil PatilA repeat to this place, however the best notable here are things are more or less the same, untouched by the influx of the urban population. A cool place to beat the heat and pollution of the cities, this place is inundated with the holiday tourists and tourism is a thriving business here.
Evenings are very cool and was surprised to see shawls and sweaters being worn by the locals when we are suffering in the sweltering heat in the city. The natural forests and the local atmosphere makes walking a necessity and also enjoyable. Some places are very touristy but the places of interest are not man-made and have the rugged feeling. The drive up and down the ghats is a challenge and a treat for drive lovers. Stop on the way up the mountain to enjoy the beauty as you go along, some spots are very scenic and worth a click for your memorable moments.
